Under the Term Loan Scheme,Corporation is disbursing the loan for the purpose of various business to the beneficiaries of Charmakar Community.NSFDC is providing Term Loan from Rs.1,00,000/- to Rs.2,50,000/- to various schemes.
Term Loan of 75% of the Project is Sanctioned by NSFDC, Corporation is giving 20% Seed Loan & Rs.10,000/- as subsidy and remaining 5% is contribution of the beneficiary.
NSFDC is charging interest @7% p.a. on its loan & Corporation is charging 4% p.a. Term Loan installment is payable every month for a period up to 60 months.
Under this scheme, financial assistance upto Rs.50,000/- rate of interest is @ 5% p.a. is provided to beneficiary of Charmkar Community. In this loan Rs.10,000/- is given as subsidy and remaining amount is given as loan.
Under this scheme Widows, Divorcees (such women are given priority) and all female beneficiaries of Charmkar Community are provided Loan upto Rs.50,000/-. In this Rs.10000/- as Subsidy and remaining amount Rs.40000/- as loan.The rate of interest is @ 4% p.a.
Under this scheme loan of Rs. 50,000/- in which Rs.10,000/- is subsidy and remaining Rs.40,000/- is loan at the rate of 5% p.a. for female beneficiaries of Charmakar Community where her name is in 7/12 extract of land or husband-wife’s joint name on 7/12 extract of land or where name of husband is on 7/12 extract and he makes an affidavit to sanction loan for the agricultural projects related to agricultural.
NSFDC, New Delhi has implemented EDUCTION LOAN scheme from 2009. Under this scheme, Eduction Loan up to Rs.10,00,000/-finance is provided for post graduate students in India and Rs. 20 lakh in abroad. Rate of interest is 4%p.a. for male & 3.5%p.a. for female beneficiary.
The said scheme is being implemented particularly for S.C.Charmakar Community. The maximum loan amount is Rs.50,000/-. 50% amount is being given as subsidy subject to the maximum limit of Rs.10,000/-. Bank charge of interest as per existing rate.
The income limit of the beneficiary is same as per 50% subsidy scheme. Loan limit is from Rs.50,001 to Rs.5,00,000/-. 20% of Project cost loan as Seed Capital will be paid by Corporation @ 4% interest p.a. Maximum Rs.10,000/- will be paid as subsidy by Corporation. 5% amount of project cost will have to be contributed by beneficiary as his share. Balance 75% of project cost will be paid by Bank as existing rate. The said amount of loan is to be refunded within 36 to 60 monthly installments.
We have started to implement the scheme of Gattai Tin Stalls for Road sides Cobblers under which we are providing Tin Stall of Size 4’ x 5’ x 6.5’ costed Rs.16367/- per stall and Rs.500/- incidental charges for irrection of stall under 100% subsidy scheme to eligible Road side Cobblers from Grampanchayat.
